“Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.” C.G. Jung

A warm welcome to my page.
I'm here to offer you a supportive space to help you through relationships difficulties—especially when those challenges are rooted in early life experiences.
I understand how the wounds of childhood—neglect, emotional disconnection, or early relational ruptures—can shape how your adult relationships play out, often in ways that feel confusing, painful, or hard to change.
Have you ever felt stuck in repeating patterns, struggled to feel truly safe or connected with others, or found relationships overwhelming or confusing, you're not alone—and you're not broken.
Our early relationships shape how you learn to trust, connect, and protect yourself. When those early attachments were inconsistent, painful, or absent, it's common for that impact to show up later in life—in the way we relate, love, and feel close to others.
I will work alongside you to explore these patterns with compassion and care, helping you to understand how your emotions, and protective strategies have developed over time.
Together, we create a space where you can begin to feel safe in yourself and in your relationship with others. My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and grounded in deep respect for your pace and process. This is a healing process that gently helps you understand who you truly are beneath the layers of hurt.
